TO 120-th ANNIVERSARY OF OSIP MANDELSTAM and 90-th ANNIVERSARY OF THE SERBSKI STATE CENTER FOR SOCIAL AND FORENSIC PSYCHIATRY

One of the organizers of the Serbski State Center for social and forensic psychiatry prof. E.Krasnushkin in 1931 initiated sharp narrowing of the number of exculpated psychopaths from 46,5% to 3%. Having examined Osip Mandelstam in 1938, who in 1934 suffered from reactive psychosis E.Krasnushkin diagnosed psychopathia, and sent the poet to his ruin.

Prof. Anatoli Anufriev – unsurpassed master of clinical psychopathological studies, for a longtime worked in all three central psychiatric establishments of the country and in the last two years of his life was the active member of the Independent Psychiatric Association of Russia.

THE END OF EPOCH OF DOCTORING

It is shown how narrow professionalization of medicine and new technologies lead to formalization, technologization and mechanization of the art of doctoring, destroying it humanistic base. The new generation of doctors has been raised by this acquisition of consumer society. It is the end of the epoch of doctoring.

POSITION OF THE IPA OF RUSSIA CONCERNING SUBSTITUTION THERAPY

Almost unanimous negative attitude of Russian psychiatrists and narcologists to substitution therapy of drug addicts and its ban in Russia is based on identification of old and new substitution therapy. The latter one requires substantial financing, which in combination with high level of corruption makes such therapy premature. However, experience of such therapy should be actively studied.

SUBDEPRESSIVE CONDITIONS AT CHRONIC ALCOHOLISM

Broad prevalence of depressive disorders among patients with chronic alcoholism necessitates early revelation of sub-depressive conditions during relief of alcohol abstinence syndrome and prescription of adequate therapy by antidepressants. It is shown that assignment of antidepressants as drugs suppressed attraction to alcohol pathogen is pathogenetically reasonable on each stage of treatment of alcohol addiction.

PATHOCHARACTEROLOGICAL AND PSYCHOPATHOLOGICAL PREMORBID OF PATIENTS WITH SCHIZOPHRENIC SPECTRUM PSYCHOSIS PROVOKED BY PSYCH-TRAUMATIC EFFECTS

It was shown on 320 inpatients with schizoaffective disorder and paranoid schizophrenia that premorbid of patients whose psychosis was provoked by psycho-traumatic effect was characterized by definite predominance of epileptoiod, psychasthenic, hysteric and cycloid features of character as well as intention to overestimated ideas, while patients with unprompted psychosis of schizophrenic spectrum demonstrated prevalence of hysteric disorders and endoreactive dysthymia. The conclusion has been done that high proportion of pathocharacterological characteristics of erethitic circle, psychogenic neurotic disorders and endoreactive depression in premorbid of patients, whose psychosis was provoked by psychotraumatic influence, indirectly indicates original reactive lability of these patients and in some degree predisposes to psychogenic induction of endogenous psychosis.

UNUSUAL FORM OF DISSIMILATION OF ALCOHOLISM
